Stainless Steel Butterfly Valves

The stainless steel butterfly valve is one of the most used valves in the food-, enological, pharmaceutical and chemical sector, thanks to the reasonable size and ease of maintenance.

Its peculiarity deals with the role of a round plate, which turns around a linchpin, allowing its use as regulation valve and flow interception valve. The operation of these valves is supported by the use of handles (handwheel or lever), of a simple- or double effect operator actuator (pneumatic activation), or of an electric operator with demand voltage.

Another important aspect of these valves is characterized by the guarantee of an easy cleanliness of the valve, and the possibility to easily replace the gasket in a short time.
