Stainless Steel GAROLLA Unions

The Fitting GAROLLA is the most used in the enological sector. It is a kind of stainless clamp fitting, that is to say a stable union of two fittings, with a sealing gasket located between them. The fittings Garolla have several advantages, such as a long-lasting and a good ease and practicality of assembly and dismantling (which do not require any use of specific equipment). However, this kind of fitting has the disadvantage regarding sanification’s difficulties; this means, that it would be better to use a different typology of fitting, in case of particular procedures in the enological sector, such as the bottling process.
